Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group (TSG) Leased Buckhead Atlanta GA Restaurant Formerly 5-Star Restaurant Eugene to LA-based Michelin Rated OKIBORU Ramen Restaurant Group. The Shumacher Group, Inc. and Steve Josovitz represented Landlord but guided the new Tenants during the whole process. The new concept will be an upscale Korean infused A5 Waygu Steakhouse with some twists never before seen in Atlanta. The OKIBORU Ramen Restaurant Group also leased the former Holeman & Finch space steps away to open a Buckhead OKIBORU.
