About Buyer:

The former Baraonda space in Sandy Springs will soon welcome MOA Korean Bistro, an
upscale Korean dining concept from Korbiz Hospitality Group — the team behind 929 Kitchen
& Bar and MOA Korean BBQ & Bar. Led by partners Sean Kim and Mike Choe, the group
brings nearly a decade of experience operating award-winning Korean concepts to its first
Atlanta location.

At dinner, MOA Korean Bistro is a full upscale dining experience — refined modern Korean
cuisine, craft cocktails, and an elevated atmosphere. Lunch is where it will open its doors
wide: on weekdays, an affordable lunch program — built around composed lunch sets of
banchan, protein, and rice — will bring the same kitchen’s cooking to the neighborhood at
accessible lunch prices. And for all its polish, the kitchen is built for speed — dishes arrive in
minutes, making MOA as workable for a weekday lunch hour as for a long dinner.

MOA Korean Bistro’s dining room is conceived in the language of modern brutalism: honest
materials, monolithic forms, and structure left proudly exposed. Raw concrete and stone
surfaces carry the weight of the room, while board-formed textures and blackened steel trace
clean, uncompromising lines from the entry to the bar.

Against that mineral backdrop, the space turns warm. Low, focused pools of light fall onto
each table like a stage; smoked oak, brass, and hand-thrown Korean ceramics soften the
concrete’s edge. The effect is a room that feels carved rather than decorated — quiet,
monumental, and unmistakably modern — where every plate of food becomes the brightest
object in the frame.

Note on Brand History: The original MOA Korean BBQ & Bar location in Charlotte, NC (opened in 2020) is now owned and operated by former partner Sung Oh, maintaining the same brand, quality, and menu standards.

We are truly excited to see how we can grow in the Atlanta market. Starting out may feel like a humble and challenging step, but we believe this location will serve as a strong foundation for our expansion.
