Shumacher Sells 66-Acre Farm to “King of Pops”

The Shumacher Group, Inc sold Daniel Nursery. Peter Kruskamp represented the buyers, King of Pops and Prize Fighter, LLC, in the transaction. This 66 acre tract has been an operating nursery for over 35 years with half being used as a horse stable. The entrepreneurs from the King of Pops will use the land to grow fresh ingredients, Christmas Trees, and host various farm to table events.
