Shumacher Sells Alpharetta Pisces Restaurant With Real Estate

The Shumacher Group,Inc. has just sold the Pisces Restaurant at 4120 Old MIlton Parkway in Alpharetta. The restaurant is 7,800 sq/ft. on 1.7 acres. This transaction included the sale of land, building, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.  This sale represents a commitment to the North Fulton market in the midst  of emerging opportunities and may be the start and return of a more solid market.
