The Shumacher Group, Inc. and Steve Josovitz represented the Tenant in this transaction and successfully negotiated a long term lease. Rose and Crown will be a English Tavern, Pub and Sports Bar serving great American fare with an English flair. Tons of TV’s, pool tables and a very well stocked bar will add to an incredible planned designed space replicating an Authentic English Tavern.
