The Shumacher, Group, Inc. just leased out the the closed Johnny Carino’s in Hiram.  This stunning freestanding restaurant is located at 5460 Wendy Bagwell Pkwy, ( Highway 278 ), Hiram, GA 30141. The restaurant is 6,500/sf on 1.5 acres.  Several million dollars was spent in 2004 to open this full service restaurant and bar. Steve Josovitz represented the landlord and former operator in this transaction.
