Shumacher Group Leases Perimeter Houlihan’s and Cumming Indigo Joe’s

The Shumacher Group, Inc. recently leased  the closed Houlihan’s at Park Place on Ashford Dunwoody anchored by Mckendrick’s, Alon’s, and Talbots. and and Indigo Joe’s.

Additionally leased by The Shumcher Group, Inc. was the former Cumming Indigo Joe’s in Forsyth. Irving Jacobson represented the Tenant in both transactions.
